Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee projects effectively from initiation through to successful completion, guaranteeing alignment among business objectives, client requirements, and execution strategies.

The ideal candidate will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Overseeing projects comprehensively, from planning and kickoff to execution, tracking, and final delivery.
• Establishing project scope, goals, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Facilitating coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project progression and timely delivery.
• Tracking project status, identifying potential risks and obstacles, and proactively implementing measures to maintain project momentum.
• Managing client communications throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Developing project plans, status updates, and documentation while maintaining proper governance and follow-through.
• Collaborating with both technical and functional teams to confirm that solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
• Monitoring resource allocation, priorities, and project dependencies to enhance efficient delivery.
• Assisting in issue resolution by serving as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and management.
• Ensuring projects are completed within defined scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong ownership, leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

A Bachelor's degree is required.

High proficiency in English is essential to ensure effective communication within our multinational environment.

Experience with Odoo projects is highly preferred, and general project management experience is also beneficial.

Possession of a PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification is considered an advantage.

Familiarity with the Saudi market will be regarded as an additional asset.
