Manager Customs Processes & Projects (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

• End-to-end responsibility for the customs workstream, including planning, management, monitoring and reporting
• Leading subprojects in the areas of customs and foreign trade, with a focus on process harmonization, standardization and digitalization
• Translating customs-related and operational requirements into standardized processes and appropriate system solutions
• Ensuring the integration of customs-related processes and requirements into the existing ERP and system landscape, particularly SAP S/4HANA and connected customs solutions
• Managing and prioritizing business requirements in close coordination with relevant stakeholders and international subsidiaries
• Identifying, assessing and monitoring project risks, as well as escalating critical issues and deviations at an early stage
• Managing change, testing and implementation activities within the customs environment, including the preparation of training materials, process documentation and communication materials
• Continuously developing project management methods, process standards and governance structures within Customs & Trade Compliance

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in customs compliance, import/export operations, or a similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and compliance in customs documentation
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using SAP & AEB
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of customs-related topics
• Fluent in German, good knowledge of English
