Description

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure manufacturing targets, product quality, and delivery schedules are achieved in accordance with production plans.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
• Manage production resources, including manpower, equipment, materials, and production capacity, to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor production performance, analyze operational data, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address production issues.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Lead, supervise, and develop production personnel to improve productivity, technical competency, discipline, and adherence to safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, minimize waste, reduce downtime, and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
• Experience in production planning, resource allocation, production monitoring, and operational performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical quality systems, including deviation management, CAPA, change control, and batch production documentation.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems, with the ability to analyze production data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
