Synopsis

Acting as a key strategic support Director of Airport and Ground Operations, this role drives Etihad's Airport and Ground Operations agenda through a blend of planning, project delivery, and Senior Leadership Team support. It ensures effective coordination, alignment, and execution of high-impact initiatives across Airport and Ground Operations and Operations and Guest Experience stakeholders.

Accountabilities

Shape and maintain the strategic roadmap for Airport and Ground Operations in alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
Provide direct strategic support to the Director of Airport and Ground Operations and Senior Leadership Team support advising on priorities, key decisions, and long-term planning.
Develop high-quality executive materials including strategy updates, board papers, and decision memos.
Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across business expansion, transformation, and digital innovation.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional workstreams to ensure timely delivery and measurable impact.
Act as the central point of coordination, supporting leadership focus, prioritization, and alignment.
Prepare briefings, facilitate leadership meetings, and ensure strategic follow-ups are actioned.Align internal stakeholders and external partners, including Group entities and ADQ, on strategic initiatives.
Drive internal communication visibility of strategic goals and initiatives to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
Monitor market trends and competitive insights, translating them into actionable recommendations and business cases.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree Desired, preferably in Finance or Management;
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a large toolbox of visualisation tools/techniques
• Preferably 7 years functional experience, and ideally bring experience from other sectors such as Retail or Hospitality, including consulting, strategy, financial roles
