Synopsis

Responsible for the full product lifecycle management of Economy Class inflight products and the cross-cabin Family Experience program. Accountable for the design, development, delivery, and commercial management of assigned onboard products to ensure brand alignment, guest satisfaction, operational readiness and compliance with regulatory standards

Accountabilities

• Develop Economy Class inflight products including amenities, seating comfort items, dining equipment, and guest service tools.
• Own and lead Family Experience product development across all cabins, ensuring cross-cabin consistency and differentiation for family-focused propositions.

Accountabilities

• Analyse guest feedback, market trends, competitor benchmarking and industry innovation to develop relevant Economy and Family products.
• Project manage end-to-end product development lifecycle including budgets, timelines, contracts, supplier management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop comprehensive product specifications, briefs, SOPs, and product documentation for operational rollout and consistency.
• Lead supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and ongoing vendor performance management for assigned programs.
• Manage assigned CAPEX/OPEX budgets with full financial oversight and optimization responsibility.
• Coordinate closely with Service & Hospitality, Catering, Culinary, Procurement, Marketing, Training, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct product audits, lead resolution planning, and ensure full compliance with safety, operational, and brand standards.Support product showcases, guest activations, and stakeholder presentations related to Economy & Family Experience developments

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product/service design & development in airline, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
• Proven leadership managing cross-cabin product development with special focus on family propositions and economy guest experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with full budget and vendor management experience.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Knowledge of guest experience trends in Economy Class, family travel preferences, and international aviation standards
