Fulcrum Enterprises is hiring an experienced equipment operator and/or superintendent for residential and light commercial excavation. We're a small, professional crew looking for someone who knows how to run machines efficiently and take pride in their work. Also, must be able to operate a shovel and rack and not be afraid to get hands dirty. Work is mostly located in Aspen and Snowmass.
Position Overview

This role involves operating heavy equipment for a variety of excavation tasks including site prep, trenching, grading, and utility work. The ideal candidate is confident running machines, understands jobsite flow, and can work independently without constant direction.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and skid steers loaders
• Assist with site prep, trenching, grading, and utilities
• Load and haul equipment when needed
• Perform basic maintenance and daily inspections

Qualifications

• Prior excavation experience
• Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
• Ability to work independently and with a crew
• Strong safety awareness

Compensation

• Competitive pay depending on experience

Salary/Compensation: $25.00 - $42.50 per hour
