LLOYD, Inc is seeking an experienced and motivated 3rd Shift Packaging Supervisor to lead our Packaging and Labeling operations in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing experience who is willing to learn, thrives in a hands-on supervisory position focused on quality, safety, production efficiency, and team development.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising and supporting packaging personnel on 3rd shift
• Training employees on GMPs, SOPs, safety procedures, and daily operations
• Troubleshooting packaging and labeling equipment issues
• Supporting production goals and continuous improvement initiatives
• Performing secondary production checks and ensuring product quality standards
• Assisting with CAPA development and root cause investigations

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or packaging operations
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GMPs, safety practices, and quality standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma required
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of packaging/manufacturing experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in a controlled manufacturing environment
