Übernehmen Sie mit Ihrem Projektteam die Verantwortung für die Trassierung und technische Planung der Erdkabelverbindung und der Stationen entlang der zu definierenden und zu planenden Trasse.

Das macht diesen Job interessant: Der Bereich DC-Links ist für alle HGÜ-Korridorprojekte im Zuständigkeitsbereich der 50Hertz Transmission GmbH verantwortlich, die zum größten Teil als Erdkabel realisiert werden. Eine Reihe von Netzausbauprojekten dieser Art sind in der Pipeline. Innerhalb dieser Projekte befinden wir uns derzeit in verschiedenen Entwicklungsphasen zwischen der Planungs- und Genehmigungsphase und dem Baubeginn. Die Planung der Trasse, auf der unsere HGÜ-Kabel die Landschaft durchqueren werden, ist ein entscheidender Teil des Planungs- und Ausführungsprozesses.

In dieser Position bringen Sie nicht nur die Projekte und damit die Energiewende einen wesentlichen Schritt voran, sondern gestalten durch Ihre technische Expertise und Projektmanagementerfahrung die Prozesse und Tools für die zukünftige Projektsteuerung von DC-Projekten bei 50Hertz neu.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Selbstständige Leitung und Kontrolle des für die Trassenführung verantwortlichen Kundenprojektteams als Teil des Hauptkabelprojektteams,
• Entwicklung von Strategien für die Planung, Planungsdurchführung, Erstellung und Beschaffung von Gutachten und Service Contractors,
• Qualitätssicherung für die Trassenplanung von HGÜ-Verbindungen im Rahmen der NABEG-Verfahrensschritte,
• Entwicklung von Vergabestrategien und Sicherstellung der qualitätsgerechten Erstellung von Ausschreibungs- und Vertragsunterlagen sowie Beteiligung/Management der verantwortlichen Pakete im Vergabeverfahren,
• Aktive Steuerung des Projektes zur Erreichung der Projektziele (Kosten, Zeit, Qualität, HSE), Identifizierung und Ergreifung von Beschleunigungspotenzialen und Maßnahmen zur präventiven und kurativen Risikominimierung,
• Definition der Anforderungen an das Projektmanagement und Weiterentwicklung der internen Projektmanagementstandards,
• Management der Schnittstelle zwischen dem Routing-Team und den anderen Schlüsselpaketen als Teil des breiten Kabelprojektteams.

Ihre Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem ingenieurtechnischen Studiengang, wie z.B. Vermessungswesen, Geologie, Geophysik, Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen,
• Fundierte Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Projekten zur Trassierung und technischen Planung von Onshore-Infrastrukturvorhaben (vorzugsweise Linienbauwerke wie Kabel und Pipelines inkl. deren Stationen),
• Technische Kenntnisse im Onshore-Leitungstiefbau sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Fachbehörden,
• Projektmanagementerfahrung, Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Methoden sowie Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von interdisziplinären Teams,
• Sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (C1) und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse (vorzugsweise B2) in Wort und Schrift.

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Eine Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse,
• Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Tools (u.a. MS Project) und SAP.

Typical areas of work for construction engineers at 50Hertz

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.

Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
