Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead project planning, execution, anddelivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and qualityexpectations
• Manage and coordinate cross-functionalteams, including software developers, test engineers, and quality assurancespecialists
• Monitor project progress, proactivelyidentify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successfuloutcomes
• Communicate project status, key milestones,risks, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management in a clear andtimely manner
• Oversee project budgets and resourceallocation, tracking costs to ensure efficient project execution
• Ensure compliance with quality standardsthrough structured testing, review, and validation processes
• Drive continuous improvement of projectmanagement methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance team effectivenessand project performance

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in ComputerScience, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, orequivalent professional experience
• Project Management certification (e.g.,PMP) is mandatory
• +5 years of proven experience as a ProjectManager, ideally within the software or IT industry
• Strong expertise in project planning, riskmanagement, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder management
• Fluent English communication skills, bothwritten and spoken; additional languages are an advantage depending on businessrequirements
• Collaborative team player with the abilityto build strong relationships and foster a positive, high-performance workenvironment
• Excellent communication, analytical, andorganizational skills, combined with a solution-oriented mindset, strongdecision-making abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously with attention to detail
