This is a Project Coordinator / PMO role supporting SAP testing and stabilization activities. The position will coordinate with business users, vendors, and global teams, facilitate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and manage action and decision logs. They will also support project reporting and governance by preparing dashboards, status updates, and KPI reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are important, along with previous experience supporting SAP projects, particularly testing or implementation activities. Business-level Japanese and English communication skills are required.
