At Globe Life Liberty National Jackson-McLain Agencies. We are looking for people who desire a leadership role, along with good communication skills to help us with the expansion of our office. A qualified candidate will have a strong understanding of the process, excelling at customer service with existing clients, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to adapt and adjust quickly when necessary. They will often be tasked with giving presentations, attending weekly training events, and helping with professional development. It is essential that the candidate rep be personable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct presentations and relay objection handling.
• Provide support for claims or policy changes as needed

Responsibilities
Meet with clients to review available benefit programs and coverage options
Educate individuals on programs related to Life, Accident, Cancer, and Critical Illness.
Assist clients in selecting plans that best fit their needs
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication
Participate in training and team development meetings
Provide professional and compassionate service to Businesses and their families.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Willingness to be coachable
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Desire to help individuals and families in your community
Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (assistance provided)
Must pass a background check and drug screen

Salary/Compensation: $40,000 - $90,000 per year
