Job Description

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products and solutions.
Identify business opportunities where AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI can deliver value.
Gather and translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, and UX/UI teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Prioritize product features and manage product backlogs based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
Oversee the development and implementation of AI-powered features, including LLM-based applications, RAG solutions, AI agents, and predictive models.
Define product success metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators to measure product adoption, accuracy, usability, and business impact.
Manage product development timelines, releases, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Evaluate AI models and solutions in terms of performance, accuracy, reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments to identify product improvement opportunities.
Ensure AI products meet data privacy, security, ethical AI, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor product performance after launch and continuously identify opportunities for enhancement.
Communicate product vision, progress, and results to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably managing technology or software products.
Proven experience managing digital products, software platforms, or AI-powered solutions.
Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and AI-powered applications.
Understanding of the AI/ML product development lifecycle, from problem identification and data requirements to model deployment and monitoring.
Experience writing product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
Strong understanding of product metrics, KPIs, user experience, and business value assessment.
Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and software development processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing Generative AI, LLM-based, or Machine Learning products from concept to production.
Familiarity with AI frameworks and technologies such as LangChain, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Hugging Face.
Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and AI agent capabilities.
Experience defining AI evaluation frameworks and measuring model performance, hallucination rates, and response quality.
Knowledge of responsible AI, model governance, data privacy, and AI risk management.
Experience with B2B enterprise AI products or SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
Relevant Product Management or Agile certifications are an advantage.
