In der technischen Bauüberwachung verantworte ich die fachgerechte, effiziente und sichere Ausführung der Arbeiten auf einem Abschnitt unserer in Bau befindlichen Großprojekte der HGÜ-Stromtrassen.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Um den Strom von Windkraftanlagen aus dem Norden zu den Verbrauchern im Süden zu transportieren, errichten wir Stromtrassen mit HGÜ-Technik (Hochspannungs-Gleichstrom-Übertragung). Im Team der Bauüberwachung bin ich an der Umsetzung diese großen Infrastrukturprojekte beteiligt. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance, mein Know-how in der Bauüberwachung von Großprojekten in der Infrastruktur gemeinsam mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Fachliche Steuerung, Kontrolle und Überwachung der externen Bauüberwachung in Großprojekten im Erdbau, Straßenbau, Kabeltiefbau, Ingenieurbau,
• Sicherstellung der Qualität in der Bauausführung zusammen mit Dienstleistern von 50Hertz,
• Schnittstelle zwischen interner Projektorganisation und externer Bauüberwachung,
• Steuerung der Gewerke HGÜ-Kabel und Tiefbau, Tunneling und HDD-Bohrungen in Abstimmung mit den Gewerken Archäologische Leistungen, Kampfmittelbeseitigung etc.,
• Rechtzeitiges Einholen und Vorbereitung von Entscheidungen in der Realisierungsphase in fachlicher Hinsicht,
• Sicherstellung der Qualität in der Bauausführung zusammen mit Dienstleistern von 50Hertz,
• Einbindung von und Koordinierung mit externen Dienstleistern,
• Durchsetzung von Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz,
• Stichprobenartiges Prüfen und Freigeben der Ausführungsplanung (nach Prüfung durch die Bauüberwachung),
• Überwachung des Bauablaufplans bzw. der -ablaufpläne,
• Kontrolle und Überwachung des Mangelmanagements,
• Veranlassen und Mitwirken bei der Beurteilung Mehrkosten, Behinderungs- und Bedenkenanzeigen und bei der Beurteilung von Nachträgen nach der Prüfung durch die Bauüberwachung,
• Einsatz in einem der Bauabschnitte mit Baustellenbüros in der Nähe von Gera oder Halle / Leipzig oder Magdeburg an etwa vier Tagen in der Woche.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Absolviertes Studium Bauingenieurwesen, Geowissenschaften, Geotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar,
• Mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Großprojekten,
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Bauleitung, Bauüberwachung o. ä. für Bauprojekte im Ingenieurbau oder Straßenbau und Erdbau oder Tunnelbau oder Horizontalspülbohrverfahren (HDD) oder Kabelzug oder Kabeltiefbau,
• Gute Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement,
• Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office,
• Organisationsfähigkeit, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Überzeugungsfähigkeit,
• Fahrerlaubnis und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Baustellenbesuchen,
• Sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (mindestens C1).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement sowie in der Abrechnung von Bauleistungen.

We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Typical areas of work for construction engineers at 50Hertz

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.

Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.

Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
