Description

seeks Lead Project Coordinator to coord all aspects of construct projs, incl pre-construct plan, budget, schedul, procuremnt, construct, & closeout. Dvlp/maintain proj scheds & budgets. coord w/ clients to est proj reqmts, expects, & deliverables. Collab w/ architects, engineers, & subcontractors to dvlp & rev construct plans, specs, & drawings. Procure materials, equipmt, & servs. doc & negotiate changes. Dvlp comprehensive cost ests & draft props. Lead proj meetings, site visits, & inspects. Monitor & enforce compliance w/ safety regs, qual standards, & proj specs. Mnge contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, etc. Annual salary: $88K-$90K. REQ: Bach (or frgn equiv) in Civil Engg or Construction Mngt.
