About the CompanyOur client is a fast-scaling, venture-backed startup headquartered in Dubai, transforming supply chain operations through innovative, technology-driven solutions. Operating across the GCC and expanding internationally, the company is building a next-generation platform that optimizes procurement, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment for modern businesses.
They are seeking a highly driven Supply Chain Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of mission-critical supply chain products.
Role Overview:
As the Supply Chain Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for supply chain solutions, including procurement, demand planning, inventory optimization, warehouse management, and logistics orchestration.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, data, commercial, and leadership teams to design scalable, data-driven systems that power operational excellence.
This role is based in Dubai and requires close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for supply chain technology solutions
- Identify opportunities to digitize and optimize procurement, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery
- Translate business needs into scalable product features and technical requirements
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, scalability, and growth objectives
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams to gather requirements
- Work closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality releases on time
- Align leadership on product priorities and measurable outcomes
Data & Performance
- Define and monitor KPIs (inventory turnover, OTIF, fulfillment SLAs, cost-to-serve, etc.)
- Use analytics to drive continuous optimization
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve decision-making
Execution & Delivery
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product releases
- Own product documentation including PRDs and user stories
- Drive experimentation and rapid iteration in a high-growth environment
Market & Vendor Management
- Evaluate third-party tools (WMS, TMS, ERP integrations)
- Manage technology partners and external vendors
- Stay informed on global supply chain technology trends
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics Technology
- Experience in high-growth startup, e-commerce, marketplace, or logistics environments
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes (inventory planning, warehouse operations, transportation, procurement)
- Experience building or integrating with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience working in agile product environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
