As Quality Manager (gn) - Product Development, you will be responsible for ensuring marketability, legally compliant labeling, and document management for food and dietary supplements. Your mission

• You will support our team in ensuring the marketability of food and dietary supplements for the ESN and More Nutrition brands
• You will be responsible for document management in product development and will create product specifications using our product development software.
• You will ensure the legally compliant labeling of food and dietary supplements in accordance with the relevant regulations.
• You will create and maintain certification-related documents (FSSC 22000) for product development.
• You will support us in handling hazardous substances safely and maintain the associated documents
• You will actively contribute to the optimization of quality-related processes in product development
• You will work closely with relevant departments (QM, production)

Your experience & skills

• You have successfully completed a degree in nutritional science, ecotrophology, food chemistry, food technology, or comparable vocational training, preferably with a focus on quality management/assurance
• You have professional experience in the field of quality management/assurance (in particular in ensuring marketability and legally compliant labeling)
• You are quick on the uptake and work independently, in a well-structured and accurate manner, without losing flexibility
• You are reliable, enjoy working in a team, and impress with your motivated and open manner
• You are willing to participate in regular training and further education as needed
• You have a perfect command of German and English
