At Monoflo International, Process Technicians play a critical role in supporting advanced, highly automated manufacturing operations. This hands-on position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing injection molding machines, robotics, and automation cells to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production.

In this role, you will manage machine start-ups and shutdowns, adjust process parameters, support automated and secondary operations, and conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet exacting standards. You will also document process changes, participate in audits, and help drive continuous improvement across production.
