Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential agencies aligned with business goals
Manage acquisition pipeline and ensure targets are achieved within the defined timeframe
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for newly acquired agencies Develop onboarding materials and programs to ensure smooth integration Ensure agencies are well-equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and support
Lead cross-functional projects to improve agency performance, efficiency, and growthDefine project scope, timeline, resources, and budgetEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Track and analyze the performance of newly acquired agenciesIdentify improvement areas and recommend actionable strategiesImplement feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance acquisition and onboarding processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partnersConduct regular meetings and progress updates to ensure alignmentInitiate collaborative programs or workshops to strengthen partnerships
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/Management preferred)
4-6 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, or Project Management
Experience handling agencies, vendors, or third-party partners is a plus
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly driven
