Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the creation of functional specifications for IT projects.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and drive stakeholder feedback.
• Support ongoing maintenance activities and system enhancements.
• Contribute to project management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
